Your website build plus a full year of hosting and care, spread over 12 monthly payments. Your first payment is due today and we get started right away. No setup fee and no other upfront cost. During the 12 months your site is leased and hosted with us; after that, it’s yours.

Already have a website? We’ll host it, keep it secure and updated, and make your edits. Cancel anytime; your plan simply won’t renew.

Good to know
- One-time builds don’t include hosting. Choose a care plan or use your own hosting.
- Domain name and third-party fees (such as your Shopify plan) are paid by the client.
- Unused edit time does not roll over. Work beyond plan hours is billed at our hourly rate.
- Yearly plans are paid upfront and renew yearly.

Pricing questions
Is there anything to pay upfront on the monthly plan?
Only your first monthly payment. There’s no setup fee and no large upfront cost: your website build and a year of hosting and care are spread over 12 equal monthly payments, starting today. For example, Starter All-In is 12 payments of $129.
What’s the difference between paying once and the monthly plan?
Paying once costs less overall: you pay for the build, then add a care plan for hosting. The monthly plan spreads the build and a year of hosting and care into 12 payments, so it’s easier on cash flow. Over the first year, Starter with a monthly Spark plan is $1,463, compared with $1,548 for Starter All-In.
Who owns the website on the monthly plan?
For the first 12 months your website’s files and design are leased and hosted on our servers. Your domain points to it, but it can’t be moved to another host during that time. You can cancel anytime; the website then goes offline and payments aren’t refunded. After 12 months it’s yours: stay with us at your care plan rate or transfer it to any host.
Does a one-time build include hosting?
No. A one-time build covers designing and building your website. To keep it online, choose one of our care plans, or use your own hosting and maintenance.
What if I’m not happy with my website?
Every one-time website build comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, don’t approve your launch and you get your money back. Approving the launch means you’re happy and ready to go live, and the project is complete.
Can I cancel my care plan?
Yes, anytime and for any reason. Your plan simply doesn’t renew. Payments already made aren’t refunded.
My store needs more than 25 products. Can I still order Commerce?
Commerce includes up to 25 products loaded for you. For more products or custom features, request a quote and we’ll price it before any work begins.
